My 5+ years of experience in healthcare management and telehealth has made me understand how to support problems that customers face with consideration of the company’s needs. It was natural for me to transition to UX/UI design as my focus on details were always centered around people’s needs. I understand the importance of engaging users and making processes uncomplicated for business success. As a designer, I’m looking to expand my design-thinking skills and create desirable solutions for users. I’m open to help streamline workflows and communication to improve products.

Outside of work, I enjoy pottery and appreciate good design that serves a purpose to improve lives. Other things that excite me is cultural food and a good cup of coffee in the sun.
